Exploration
Understand an issue deeply before deciding how to solve it.
For NHS maternity & neonatal services
The national programme participant price — your own Safe Space, for your own organisation, for your own improvement work.
This is a commercial offer from Clever Together. It is entirely separate from the national Your Voice programme.
Separate from the national programme
Your local licence is entirely separate from participation in the national programme.
There is no requirement to purchase anything from Clever Together as a consequence of participating in the national work, and purchasing a licence has no bearing whatsoever on the national programme or its findings. Read about the national conversation →
The proposition
A tangible proposition, not a “contact us for more information”. Here is exactly what you get, what it costs and how long the offer stands.
Local Safe Spaces let you keep involving colleagues and families in understanding problems, designing improvements, testing emerging proposals and learning whether change is actually working — long after October.

How organisations use Safe Spaces
Understand an issue deeply before deciding how to solve it.
Develop improvements with the people who deliver and experience services.
Test emerging proposals with colleagues and families while there is still time to improve them.
Create an ongoing infrastructure through which people can contribute ideas, experience and learning as services change.
The network effect
Every participating licence organisation will join a learning community. Local Safe Spaces remain local and confidential, yet participating organisations can voluntarily share methods, questions, interventions and anonymised learning.
Who this is for
Next step
Twenty minutes to talk about local improvement: what you want to understand, who you need in the conversation, and whether a Safe Space is the right way to do it. No obligation, and no bearing on the national programme.
